Candex allows Sellers to efficiently work with large Buyers, streamlining onboarding processes and accelerating time to payment. Sellers receive purchase orders by email and register on Candex in seconds. After accepting the purchase order, Sellers can track payment progress and upload invoices when needed. Candex ensures orders are processed efficiently and helps support invoicing and tax compliance. 

For Buyers

Candex makes it easier to purchase from a wide range of Sellers - including one-time or low-volume Sellers - without needing to onboard them into internal systems. Buyers can  make purchases in multiple currencies. Candex provides transparent tracking of order, invoice, and payment statuses and allows Buyers to configure their own internal controls. By centralizing and streamlining order acceptance, invoicing, and payments across all small and irregular vendors, Candex significantly reduces administrative burdens.
