Why Is a Seller Blocked?

In some cases, a Seller may be blocked from being engaged through Candex due to company-specific purchasing policies or restrictions. When this happens, the Seller cannot be used within Candex and must instead be engaged through your company’s standard purchasing process.

If you still wish to work with the Seller in Candex, we recommend reaching out to your procurement team or company admin for further guidance.
