How Do I Add Another Colleague to the Order?

If you are not the person responsible for handling the order in your company, you can easily add a colleague to the order by following these steps: 

Option 1: Add a Colleague from the Candex Web App

  1. Log in to Candex - Access your Candex account
  2. Add a colleague - Navigate to the specific order and click the add colleague button


     
  3. Enter colleague’s email - In the pop-up window that appears, enter your colleague's email address
     

Option 2: Add a Colleague Directly from the Email (No Login Required)

  1. Open the order email
  2. Click “Click Here” to add another colleague

  3. Enter the colleague’s email + message

  4. Click Invite
  5. An invitation will be sent to your colleague. In some cases, Candex may review the request before adding them to the order.
