If you are not the person responsible for handling the order in your company, you can easily add a colleague to the order by following these steps:
Option 1: Add a Colleague from the Candex Web App
- Log in to Candex - Access your Candex account
- Add a colleague - Navigate to the specific order and click the add colleague button
- Enter colleague’s email - In the pop-up window that appears, enter your colleague's email address
Option 2: Add a Colleague Directly from the Email (No Login Required)
- Open the order email
Click “Click Here” to add another colleague
Enter the colleague’s email + message
- Click Invite
- An invitation will be sent to your colleague. In some cases, Candex may review the request before adding them to the order.
