If you need to increase the quantity or amount on a Purchase Order (PO):

1. Send an email to support@candex.com with the following information:
   1. PO number
   2. New quantity or amount that you need
2. We will contact your Buyer to request approval for the change
3. We will follow up with you as soon as we have an update from the Buyer
4. If required by the Buyer the PO may be cancelled and you will receive a new one
