With Candex, you can customize your invoices to include both taxes and shipping charges when applicable. Candex allows you to edit the local tax on your invoice according to the available tax rates in your area. 

Additionally, when ordering goods, some Buyers allow their vendors to add the shipping costs on top of the total amount of the order.

You can easily add taxes and shipping costs to the invoice by doing the following:
 

1. Go to the Request Payment page

2. Select Pay To from the drop down 
   Click here to see how to add banking details
    
3. Enter invoice amount
    
4. Add tax information by clicking view / edit
   
   
   
   
    
5. If you don’t see an option to include tax on your order, you may need to update your entity settings to allow tax

6. If your Buyer allows it, you will see an option to add shipping costs below the taxes fields on the taxes page. If you don’t see this option and you want to add shipping cost you please contact support, they will be able to answer if it’s possible or not
