Currently, the Candex platform does not support selecting multiple tax rates for the same line item directly.

If this applies to your order, follow these steps:

1. Select the highest tax rate in the Candex platform for that line item. For example, if the line item is partially taxed at 20% and partially taxed at 12.5%, choose 20% for the entire line item.
2. Clearly show all applicable tax rates on your invoice upload. Our Finance Operations team will reconcile the tax once you submit your invoice and will reach out with any clarifying questions.
