Form 1099 is issued by Candex once a year on or before January 31st. If you qualify, you should receive an email from "Avalara track 1099" (no-reply@track1099.com) with a link to access your form, which you can use to file your taxes.

Who qualifies for Form 1099?

Not everyone qualifies for a Form 1099. You may not have received one for the following reasons:

• The work you performed was not in the US
• Income earned in the calendar year was below $600
• You were paid for expense reimbursements and not earned income
• Payments were made to a corporation (including a limited liability company (LLC) that is treated as a C or S corporation)

Missing your Form 1099?

If you believe you qualify for a Form 1099 and haven't received one, it could be due to:

• Incorrect or outdated email address in our system
• Inaccurate information regarding your transactions on Candex
