How Do I Download Invoices Sent by Candex?

To view and download invoices sent by Candex, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on the Order Feed on the left panel and choose the relevant order
  2. After choosing the order, click on View on the right panel to open Payment Details. Note that Payment Details will be available only after the Seller uploads an invoice.

  3. After opening the Payment Details section you can download the invoice under the Buyer section. You can download the invoice only after Candex invoices the Buyer.
